Sunday 1st August - Auto Jumble, Car Boot Sale & Classic Car Display

At the Royce Field, Station Road Betchworth RH3 7BZ.  This is between the Betchworth Roundabout and Betchworth Station

• All profits will go toward the Betchworth New Pipe Organ Project and Help for Heroes at Tadworth Court
• Cars £10 Vans £15
• Sellers should arrive between 8.30 and 9.30 if possible so that they are ready to sell at 10am
• This year we are also including a Classic Car Display, owners of Classic Car are invited to come and use the field to display their wonderful cars and picnic
• We are asking browsers/buyers not to turn up until after 10a.m. when all the stall holders have had time to unpack their car boots and display the items.
• We are running a BBQ where Bacon butties and coffee/tea will be available from 9a.m. and burgers and sausages and soft drinks from 12.noon.
• Advertisements will be run in the Surrey Mirror Group of papers and the Dorking Advertiser and Friday Advertiser.  We hope to covers the area from Crawley to Leatherhead in the local press and with posters and general advertising.

Saturday 21 August 2010 - Fun Dog Show

Kiln Lane, Brockham, Opposite the Rugby Club.  All entries on the day from 9am Judging starts at 10am.   Classes will be limited or split if entries warrant.

• Best Veteran 8yrs and over
• Best condition under 8yrs                
• Obedience
• Most Handsome Dog                         
• Prettiest Bitch

• Best 6 Legs (4 dog 2 handler)
• Dog the judge would most like to take hom
  
• Fancy Dress  Dog/ Handler (no age limit)

Championship Rosette  and Challenge Cup for Best In Show.  Rosettes to 6^th place.

BBQ Lunch, Ice Creams, Afternoon Tea.   Parking in Brockham Rugby Club. Small selection of side stalls and trade stands.  In aid of Betchworth Organ Project with a donation to The Brigitte Trust.  For full details call Pam Armitage on    01737 832806
